Islands in the Whiteness
Santorini is a *HOT* place to be! While during the first days of October temperatures are very pleasant (around 24°C) in the shadow, one is just dying when moving in the sun! And since all buildings are of plain white colour, you have to squint your eyes all the time when walking around... I definitely should have gotten myself a pair of sunglasses! Anyway, the burning sun along with the white building and the deep blue see makes all this a very unique experience!
For post-processing there isn't too much done here: I first brightened the entire image, since because of all that light my 30D chose some heavy under-exposure. I also eliminated some small and disturbing features all over the image for making it appear somewhat quieter to the eye.
