Looking at what...?

... certainly not the International Finance Centre, which can be seen in the background and probably is the highest building of Hong Kong (great view from there!). Even further in the background you can see Kowloon and a couple of docks of Victoria Harbour.

For post processing I only applied slight contrast adjustments and darkened out the corners.
