07.10.1825 - 01.10.2009
On October 1st 2009 the University of Karlsruhe was officially declared "dead" as it was replaced by the Karlsruhe Institut für Technologie (KIT). Although they were about three weeks late, small wooden crosses appeared at different places all over the campus this morning. One of my colleagues insisted to get a shot of these, so I did. The funny thing about those crosses is, that almost nobody noticed them.... unless somebody (= me) was kneeling in front of them for getting a picture!

Nothing special here, except that this is the first image I'm uploading that is visibly composed of different shots.
