Dagstuhl Castle
Every year in March or April the Institute of Telematics of the University of Karlsruhe gathers for a retreat in Dagstuhl Castle (http://www.dagstuhl.de/). The location is maintained by the Gesellschaft für Informatik (GI) and features a great infrastructure as well as a pleasant surrounding (in the middle of nowhere) for intensive work.

This image is stitched out of 3 pictures, each in turn being blended from two exposures (resulting in a total of 6 pictures). Although Gimp (the software I'm using for all image processing) is not really suited for HDR images, one still can sometimes manage to get good looking pictures out of it.
