Nara - Kasuga Shrine II
Nara's Kasuga Shrine offers many details to the visitor's eyes, that all together create an absolutely incredible mood and make the visiting of this complex an amazing experience. All in all, I would say that the Kasuga Shrine showns Shintu Shrines at their best!

Post processing for this image was almost identic to my first shot from the Kasuga Shrine: I lowered the saturation to better reflect the quiet mood and I applied some tone mapping in order to emphasize the shrine's age, which is about 1300 years.
